We are a pristine home healthcare agency seeking an HR Assistant to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. Qualifications Must have experience in Human Resources Excellent customer service skills are essential to interact with clients by phone, email, or in-person in a friendly and professional manner. Must have worked at a Home health Agency, Nursing Home, Assisted Living or Hospital as a Manager or a part of the Administration team Must have Strategic Management skills Project Management experience AA/BS Degree required Strong communication and presentation skills are also important as you will be communicating with clients of diverse backgrounds and needs. The ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively are beneficial skills. Must have reliable transportation and have flexible availability Must have experience with training new staff members. 5+ years of office experience High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills Strong Computer skills MUST be Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) Sales/Marketing experience is a plus. Must be detail oriented and Structured. Job Requirements:Responsibilities Maintaining employee files and accurate employee records Prepare new hire employee files and orientation packets Assemble new hire and new employee orientation Maintain employee human resources files, records, and information Completing filing of employee documentation in employee files Initiating new employee background checks Support the human resources manager with all campus human resources functions Provide administrative support for human resources Maintain various human resources, employment and benefits related files Maintain accurate current employee confidential information in employee files Create employees files and maintain confidential employee personnel records Prepare new employee benefit files and packets for weekly new employee benefits meeting Maintain employee personnel, benefit and payroll files Perform human resources and administrative tasks Maintain applicant paperwork and employee files Prepare new hire personnel files Maintaining of employee benefit files & updating of employee payroll records Schedule new employee orientation, exit interviews Maintain employee personnel and benefit files
