Job DescriptionOverviewThe Nomadic Real Estates Customer Service Representative position offers meaningful work experience within the real estate and property management industry, plus exposure to small professional business culture, diverse learning opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration.This individual in this role will support the Nomadic Real Estate Customer Service teams vision of creating clarity and alignment across Nomadic Real Estates client experience by understanding, impressing, and serving our clients. The team serves as the customer service for all of Nomadic Real Estate.Specifically, this role will focus on Nomadic Real Estates existing clients helping with scheduling work orders and repairs. This role will communicate and collaborate with key internal departmental business partners, lead the coordination with external vendors, and help communicate the overall Nomadic Real Estate customer experience. To be successful in this role, the agent must be organized, collaborative, and able to quickly learn the business, its various customers, and their needs.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact with owners and tenantsEnter work orders, schedule work orders, close work ordersCoordinate vendor scheduling as well as communicate with vendors effectivelyProperty licensingHandle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, text, and our proprietary portalObtain bids on special maintenance projectsSchedule property spot checks, when neededMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree required.Property management experience or related preferred.Basic computer skills are required with the ability to learn company-specific software programs.Customer Service Reps must schedule and pass the Property Manager exam within the first 30 days of employment.
