We are currently looking for an experienced Fellowship Program Analyst. Position Description: Acquisition and application of specialized knowledge of local, state and federal regulations, and national and/or international organizational requirements, that govern graduate medical education (GME) and GME training programs at NIH. Analysis and administrative response to new accreditation requirements, regulations, policies and procedures regarding graduate medical education for NIH GME training programs in collaboration with the Director of the Office of Clinical Research Training and Medical Education and the Executive Director of Graduate Medical Education at NIH. Administrative support of the NIH Graduate Medical Education Committee, its Chair, its subcommittees and its Internal Review Committees, including scheduling, creation of agendas, distribution of materials and recording of minutes. Collaboration with the Executive Director of Graduate Medical Education to write Internal Review Committee reports for presentation to the NIH Graduate Medical Education Committee. Development, administration, and analysis of surveys; collection of data; information tracking; and quantitative and qualitative analysis of data, as required to support NIH graduate medical education programs and advance graduate medical education and training at NIH. Communication with external organizations critical to the graduate medical education enterprise at NIH including, but not limited to, the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, the American Board of Medical Specialties, the National Resident Matching Program, the Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates, and the Association of American Medical Colleges, in order to support the NIH Graduate Medical Education Programs and the NIH Graduate Medical Education Committee. Program support to effectively and efficiently plan, coordinate and implement multiple interrelated activities and administrative and/or clerical tasks related to GME. Administrative management of the OCRTME's contracted institutional graduate medical education information management system (currently, New Innovations ) Leadership and provision of content expertise for NIH Graduate Medical Education Training Program Coordinators. Job Requirements:Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in the biological sciences. Minimum of four (4) years of related administrative experience, preferably in the field of regulatory compliance and/or program accreditation. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational and time management skills. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
