Client DetailsFamily owned and operated since 1988 who serves the DMV within a collection of diverse Hospitality, Multifamily, commercial projects. They perform Plan & Spec and Design-Build/Assist projects and maintain a growing commercial service and maintenance division. They do 60 Million on average in annual revenue, and are projected to double to over 100M in the next 3 years as they currently have over 100M in backlog that dates out to 2023. DescriptionAbility to manage projects with values anywhere from 50K- 2M+Ability to work on multiple Projects at once in various stages- 2-5+ at a timeYou will be reporting to the Director of Project Management Project schedule's anywhere from 2-4 Months+ Profile5+ years of successful commercial project management experience, preferably in mechanical (HVAC) constructionKnowledge of: HVAC construction, including duct work and sheet metal, Commercial plumbing projects, Mechanical equipment, drawings, and specificationsStrong computer aptitude and the ability to work digitally including experience with Procore, Microsoft Project / Office Suite, and BlueBeam, or equivalent platformsConstruction related Field-Relative experience or a degree (not required) Job OfferCompetative SalaryAll employees to get a discretionary bonus yearly.
