We are actively seeking a growth-oriented, business-minded, modern marketer with diverse experience optimizing multi-channel communications; leveraging best in class technologies; and designing more effective, efficient, reportable processes. As a part of Aledade, you will be joining the movement to empower and support independent Primary Care Physicians in their adoption of value-based care and their shift to new payment models. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and Brand Experience, the ideal candidate will have a heart for primary and patient care, a working knowledge of value-based care models and a passion for translating data into actionable information. The Director, Marketing Operations is responsible for supporting the definition and execution of our marketing strategies and plans across all audiences - business to business (eg, practices, payers, IPAs) and business to consumer (eg, patients, employees, analysts). To enable Aledade to continue its rapid growth, of particular focus for this team and function leader is the establishment of clear, efficient processes, roles and reporting as well as the continuous improvement of the performance of each of our marketing channels. The Director, Marketing Operations must effortlessly switch between individual contributor, strategic leader, and coach. In this role, your primary focus will be to: Process Improvement: Both for Marketing and Growth as departments, and across Aledade, define, document, and institutionalize go to market (GTM) processes, including the tools needed to plan, forecast, track and manage work; create clarity of roles, responsibilities, and priorities and ensure we are executing efficiently, on time, quality, and budget. Channel Management: Managing a team of channel managers, develop and execute detailed channel-specific plans; evaluate the current state and elevate the future performance of channels (eg, Outbound calling - live and automated; Text; Email; Social Media; Paid Digital; SEO, Owned web sites and landing pages; Direct Mail; Online and offline events and tradeshows). Sales Experience: Partner with Sales, Growth and Field partners to champion a more effective, accountable sales process with a particular focus on documenting and optimizing lead management from top to bottom of the funnel, including more rapid and effective nurturing of inbound leads and improving how we nurture these responders into more viable opportunities. Client Experience: Partner with various corporate and field partners to optimize current client practice communications to increase engagement with Aledade best practices and technologies; adoption (upsell) of the full, all-payer Aledade offer; overall satisfaction, retention rate and volume of references and referrals. Patient Experience: Partner with various corporate and field teams to define the Aledade offer around patient engagement and direct-to-patient communications to reduce the administrative burden on primary care practices and complement and enhance their high-quality care plans. Vendor/MarTech Management: Select, manage and optimize vendors that support and enable marketing, growth, and communications, like web content management systems (eg CMS' WordPress, Drupal, UberFlip), digital asset management (eg DAMs Workfront, BrandFolder); print/direct mail fulfillment (eg variable data printing (VDP), print on demand (POD)); CRM, email and marketing automation systems (eg Salesforce.com ; Pardot; MailChimp, Outreach.IO ); project and process management (eg Smartsheets; Monday.com ); event management (eg On24) and social/advocacy (eg Hootsuite). Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our industry, segments, competitive position, and business model. Develop and maintain a personal knowledge of best practices - and a team of experts on staff - across the respective channels. Provide input on content and messaging needed to ensure engaging, relevant communications tailored for the respective channels. Effectively prioritize and personally manage a variety of projects and tasks. Requirements Bachelor's degree or relevant, equivalent work experience in marketing, communications, business, finance, healthcare, or related discipline 5+ years multi-channel Marketing Operations in a leadership role 5+ years advanced project management working with contemporary methods and tools. Preference for those with Monday.com or Smartsheet experience 5+ years process improvement and automation (eg, Kaizen, Lean, Agile) 5+ years B2B marketing and sales support/enablement 5+ years B2C/DTC marketing, with minimum 3+ years in patient/health plan member experience 4+ years healthcare industry with strong preference for work with health plans, pharmacy/Rx benefits, managed care, accountable care, value-based care and/or government sponsored programs like Medicare and Medicaid. Familiarity with Value-Based Care and other risk-based payment models (eg, ACOs, PCMH, bundled payments, Capitation, Risk-sharing) required. Proven MarTech experience leveraging a variety of marketing and sales-enablement tools like WordPress, UberFlip, Salesforce, Pardot, MailChimp, Outreach.IO , Hootsuite and On24. An advanced proficiency and inclination for working with data, including database design, data manipulation, spreadsheets, pivot tables and reporting. Demonstrated ability to synthesize and summarize significant and complex sets of information into meaningful, clear, non-technical communications, personally authored and package using tools like Google docs and Microsoft PowerPoint. Proven success in working cooperatively and strategically in a team-oriented matrixed environment with the ability to influence and interact with all levels. Self-motivated and able to work remotely, as well as manage a remote team and to give and receive constructive feedback. Can manage multiple priorities and driving progress in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
