Aledade is looking for a Chief of Staff for the strategy, operational and project management supporting our Growth team. The Growth team is responsible for expanding the Company's presence with physician organizations nationwide, and encompasses sales, marketing, and network development functions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the operational system that underpins the team's day-to-day operations. You are an organizer by choice. You prefer to plan, organize and arrange processes to drive outcomes. Your approach is orderly, detailed and systematic. You are an implementer and like to put things into action and be involved in the action. You also like to work according to a schedule or "to do" list, to administer and to oversee tasks. Perseverance, effectiveness and usefulness are high priorities. You are an excellent communicator and able to deliver constructive feedback. You are always thinking ahead, anticipating potential issues or needs, and developing solutions and plans to combat them. This role could either be remote or in-person in our Bethesda, MD office. Goal: Support people and process needs to help Aledade's growth function scale. Serve as a trusted counselor, organizer, and executor for the Chief Growth Officer and other senior leaders on the Growth team Drive implementation of key, cross-functional initiatives to support Aledade's overall growth and maturation Foster connectivity between Aledade growth teams and company leadership Responsibilities: Work with the Chief Growth Officer and other Growth team leadership to maintain alignment on and progress towards team goals by supporting information-sharing and making decision-making more efficient and effective. Support Growth team leadership to make time, information-sharing and decision-making more efficient and effective. Drive the development and maintenance of team charter, mission statement, and internal team systems to establish a clear administrative and organizational systems that guide day-to-day operations on the Growth team. Organizational process improvement across the Growth team organization, including: - Playing "air traffic control" between senior leaders on the Growth team; - Connecting work streams to break down departmental and company-wide information silos; - Facilitate open, honest and candid communication across the organization; - Provide honest feedback to senior leadership and to ensure overall organizational effectiveness. Review and respond to feedback from Aledade Engagement/Culture Amp surveys Align with Human Resources to coordinate personnel management Coordinate Growth team leadership and bi-weekly meetings, plus team retreats, to ensure collaboration and knowledge and information sharing the team Identify and support the implementation of system improvements to help promote collaboration and efficiency across the departments within the Growth org and to the Company as a whole Support Aledade's various other initiatives and serve as Growth team point of contact as needed Support with analysis to inform decision making. Key KPIs Achieve / exceed relevant Company Objectives and Key Results Clear articulation and communication (internally and externally) of top team priorities at all times Budget and project management effectiveness Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience, with experience in healthcare required and an understanding of value-based care preferred Experience working in a company growth (sales, marketing, business development, network development, etc.) function preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a superb attention to detail Project management process knowledge, PMP or LEAN certification preferred Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to operate independently and understand business context and priorities Relevant competencies include developing and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships, project management, and effective written and verbal communication Must be results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Competency with data manipulation and presentation, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent Thinks beyond their immediate team and contributes to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in D&I efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.) If you are passionate about transforming the healthcare system into one that best serves the needs of patients, doctors, and society, we'd love for you to join us!
