Director of Prospect Management Washington, DC, USA|Washington DC-Baltimore Area, Full time Director of Prospect Management Highly Regarded National Nonprofit Washington DC Area Office or Remote Anywhere in the US Salary Commensurate with Experience Terrific new Director of Prospect Management opportunity with a highly regarded nonprofit with a national reach. This position will be responsible for designing and executing prospect management strategies for a team of fundraisers throughout the US. This shall include the development of efficient and effective policies and procedures relating to prospect research and assignment, development operations and overall information management. The Director will serve as the main point of contact for Development leadership throughout the country in support of all frontline fundraisers. The position will manage, mentor and train a team of five. Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Bachelor's required. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues at all levels, including executive management. Raiser's Edge experience a plus. Salary commensurate with experience. The position can be based in the Washington, DC area office or remote anywhere in the US. Responsibilities: Drive prospect management strategy throughout the organization, including the implementation of a moves management process Serve as main POC for senior leadership on the national Development team relating to prospect management initiatives Support fundraisers throughout the country with efficient prospect management and assignment strategies Analyze the quality of donor portfolios through the development of reporting Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to ensure the implementation of effective prospect management processes Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 in a supervisory capacity Strong track record of success with driving prospect management strategy with a large, geographically disbursed fundraising team
