Job Overview Manage a team responsible for end-to-end delivery of the architecture and delivery of unique and sophisticated software solutions and products. Responsible for collaboration between technical, product management and business teams, for evaluating new tools and technology, hiring and team grooming. Responsibilities * Leads and acts as a senior consultant on the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification, of software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs in an Agile environment. * Interacts with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. * Provides technical leadership and coordinates the activities of lower level staff. * Experience with working with product innovation, and exposure to the product life cycle and management of cutting edge software offerings * Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications, such as desktop applications, mobile apps, financial management, or HRIS products. * Work with hosting providers and technical team on matters regarding Amazon Web Services (AWS) * Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications. * Responsibilities for process and/or people management.
