We are looking for an individual who has a proven track record designing and deploying Active Directory in a large enterprise. Additionally, the position will require an individual experienced in system design and integration, identity life-cycle management, and process automation and improvement. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who exceeds as an individual, as well as, excels among peers in a team environment. Minimum Education Required:BA/BS degreeAllowable Substitution: Six (6) years of related experience or four (4) years of related experience with an AA/AS degree Minimum Experience Required:8+ years designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise Active Directory environmentParticipates in the Planning, Design, Installation, Monitoring, and support of Windows and based server platforms, Hyper-V technologies, back-up/communications equipment and server management toolsExperience working in large scale enterprise environments with an understanding of ITIL process and functionsExpert knowledge of Windows Server 2012, & Server 2016. PowerShell scriptingExperience with server patching and ability to troubleshoot issues related to patchingMonitors capacity versus utilization for hardware, system throughput, and licensing. Recommends appropriate actions on a timely basis to avoid performance degradation and/or oversubscription.Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all routine Systems Administration functions to ensure security requirements and operational goals are achieved.Performing duties involving complex development, testing, implementation and maintenance of operating systems and related software. Establishing and implementing standards for coAbility to work with little supervision in high stress / high visibility environments with time sensitive requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to take direction and retain informationEngineer, install and sustain Windows 10 / Windows Server 2019 implementation and configurationEngineer, install and sustain Thin Client configurationSetup, configure, and perform day-to-day maintenance and administrationProvides back-up to Tier 1 support to include troubleshooting desktops, printers and enterprise software and servicesCommunicate with customers as required, keeping them informed of support progress and notifying them when their issue has been resolved.
