9908BR **Title Service Representative** Annapolis Maryland **Job Description** Mid-Atlantic Settlement Services is seeking a Title Service Representative. **The Title Service Representative is responsible for:** 70% of Time Marketing/Sales + Identifying and meeting with the area's real estate agents and lenders to pursue and cultivate relationships that enable you to sell our title and closing services. + Closing the loop with potential clients by responding to open questions and obtaining information that will persuade them to use our services. 30% of Time - Processing/Closing + Process/conduct closings in various offices as needed. + Present paperwork to buyer/seller and ensure that all paperwork is signed correctly. + Facilitate the resolution of any issues that come up at closing (fee issues, tax questions, etc.). **Truly Remarkable Service:** + We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, well organized person with a strong work ethic and desire to find solutions to help customers have a truly remarkable experience closing their real estate transactions. + Must create a positive image of the company through a professional appearance, actions, and conduct to fellow employees and customers. + Establish a professional working rapport with our clients and any new relationships that are established. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Education - A High School Diploma or equivalency is required. + License of Certification - Notary public is required. + Work Experience - This position prefers 3-5 years of related (lender/real estate) experience. 1-2 years of title or related business experience is preferred. + Excellent communicator, comfortable, confident and convincing, whether meeting with individuals or speaking to a group.
