You will effectively collaborate with team members, while providing the tools and resources necessary to elevate our technical landscape.What is Expected of You:Oversee critical on premise and cloud IT infrastructure systems, including project planning, design, implementation, documentation and maintenanceDevelop policies and formal documentation for networks, usage, security, using Confluence and other shared knowledge toolsImplement new security-oriented systems and applications to maintain compliance with PCI DSS and other standardsProvide escalation support to internal technology team staffManage work in progress using modern methods such as Kanban for transparencyManage existing Windows, Azure, and Cisco environments, assisting team members with a focus on cross training and learning and developmentResearch and evaluate emerging technologies and services and make recommendations that make sense for the businessMaintain baseline configurations of IT endpoints including servers through centrally managed toolsJob Requirements:3+ years of experience, possessing a strong mastery of critical infrastructure roles including:IAM management with Microsoft Azure AD and AD DSAD hosted DNS and DHCPWindows server failover clusteringMicrosoft Remote Desktop ServicesIIS and File ServicesHighly Familiar with Windows Server 2012 through 2019Highly familiar with Office 365Possess solid knowledge of VMware virtualization technologiesMicrosoft GPO, SCCM or JAMF experience strongly preferredExperience developing and testing backup strategies and solution (cloud and on prem)Experienced with scripting and automation (Powershell)Familiar with the fundamentals of networking (Experienced with Cisco based hardware)Experience with SIEM tools desiredExperienced with managing Azure PaaS solutions and networking preferredA strong team player that has a focus on learning and development through collaboration and discussionA multitasker, with strong project management skills allowing you to oversee multiple projects at onceAn excellent communicator with a strong customer focus dispositionRobert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
