Type: 40 hours / week Length: 6+ months (possible contract to hire opportunity) Location: Remote - to be considered for hire must be near a company HUB or willing to relocate close to one Pay: 37.00 - 67.00 / HR (depends on experience and your location) Shift/Hours: Business hours Responsibilities for this Technical Sourcing Recruiter job include, but are not limited to: This is a centralized team that works across multiple Company business lanes with a focus on quality processes and high-volume at scale. Responsible for talent attraction strategies, you will perform candidate generation, account management, candidate assessment and interview preparation, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation Understanding of how to recruit passive Software Development Engineer (SDE) candidates Creating unique multi-channel and market-specific search strategies that attract bar-raising engineering talent Developing prospects into candidates and assessing them for role fit, level, and motivations by conducting calibrated phone interviews Possess the ability to develop and prepare SDE candidates up until the point of on-site interview Building out talent networks and tapping into knowledgeable industry resources to develop evergreen candidate pipelines Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status Qualifications for this Technical Sourcing Recruiter job: Technical (specifically software engineers) recruiting experience minimum 2+ years Ability to perform Boolean search CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates 2+ years of Corporate OR Agency recruiting experience Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships Bachelor's degree preferred (must have for consideration of perm placement) Experience with ICIMS Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. Self-sufficient and able to work independently without supervision Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and our recruiting team Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering interview-ready candidates Ability to thrive in innovative, fast-paced environments, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the right job done Strong computer skills with experience building and using a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including Internet research Why work for Adecco?
