Human Resources Representative
Eliassen Group is seeking an HR Representative to take a broad perspective to resolve problems and be responsible for helping respond to submitted tickets. Ideally, we are looking for candidates that have 3-4 years of experience in benefits and/or employee relations. This role will start remotely with on-site work taking effect in September 2021. All interviews will take place virtually. Responsibilities of the HR Representative: Help coordinate the implementation and monitoring of HR programs Support team delivery of analytics and reporting, including resource planning Collect data required for HR advisory reporting activities, historical analyses, or long-term forecasts Perform basic analysis to support program development Review/inspect compiled data to ensure compliance with standards Develop first drafts of basic materials for senior colleague review Lead gathering of information and compilation of employee feedback to assist more senior staff Escalate questions or issues as needed Requirements of the HR Representative: Bachelor's degree 3+ years of total relevant work experience Job ID: 352366 About Eliassen Group: Eliassen Group provides strategic consulting and talent solutions to drive our clients' innovation and business results.
