Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)Primary Responsibilities: Understand and follow SAFe Agile framework and principles Crafting DevOps solutions that leverage AWS and internal products / service capabilities to meet critical requirements Provide support to implement Change / Service Requests per CMS and application needs Provide Tier 3 support to analyze issues reported by EIDM Tier 1 and 2 Helpdesk teams Provide support to development of Workflows for Registration, Identity Lifecycle and Role Management, as well as integration of authorization workflows for CMS Applications in an Agile fashion Provide support to Development, Requirements, Testing and Security teams to implement IDM Solution using the best DevSecOps practices in an Agile cloud environment Perform configuration changes to components such as Docker containers, Load Balancers, API Gateways and other networking infrastructure, Enterprise Directory and Databases Perform patching and/or upgrade of individual application / software components Triage and troubleshoot complex production issues with multiple teams to ensure reliability and performance of the system Support a 24x7 online environment as part of an on-call rotation strategy if required Support application integrations Working with client IT Security team to make sure all standards and guidelines are being followed Support security audit and review functions Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability Automating CI/CD pipeline with high availability Effectively coordinate and communicate with stakeholders Has good understanding of CI/CD principles, Linux fundamentals, networking concepts and IP protocolsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Engineering relevant field 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer 3+ years of AWS Experience Experience with CI/CD, Automating pipelines with scripting (Jenkins, shell / python, etc.) Experience deploying, configuring, and monitoring of physical, virtual, and hybrid cloud environments Experience administering Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments, ECS, Load Balancers, security groups, VPCs, ingress / egress rules, etc. Experience in creating sustainable cloud infrastructure Experience with Linux System Administration (Red Hat or similar) Experience with developing app management tools and monitoring Knowledge of user, system, and security administration processes If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (ie, entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.
