Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Recruiter position in McLean, VA (Remote). Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract Length: 6 months+ temp-to-hire Pay: $43.80-$55.00/HR Based on Experience Shift/Hours: 8A - 5P Responsibilities for this Recruiter position include but are not limited to: Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include conducting intake meetings, creating compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates; including diverse candidate pipelines, marketing the company's talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers Candidate management - develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners Source stellar candidates with a focus on Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market Develop an effective sourcing strategy to provide a continuous flow of quality and quantity of candidates for the pipeline Possess strong candidate and client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to influence Develop and execute strategies autonomously to include networking, LinkedIn sourcing, niche social networking, and general industry knowledge Acts as a recruiting partner and a subject matter expert to business leadership, hiring managers and other key stakeholders Address ambiguous situations or challenges and respond accordingly, drawing on one's subject matter expertise, skills and abilities Screens and counsels' candidates, coaches the hiring team, and negotiates the close Effectively facilitate formal consensus meetings with the hiring team Practice attention to detail and flawless execution of requisition processing Qualifications for this Recruiter position: At least 3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment At least 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting recruiting Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification Recruiter sourcing certification At least 4 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcing At least 2 years' experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams At least 2 years of Legal, Audit or External Affairs recruitment Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent Experience in compensation, benefits and general HR requirements as related to hiring Workday ATS experience Why work for Adecco?
