We are currently seeking a Senior Service Desk Technician with Top Secret clearance to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US). The Service Desk Technician resource will provide technical support services and troubleshooting for client and internal IT systems. The position will ensure the configuration of all client desktop hardware and software systems and provide proactive ongoing maintenance. A Top Secret Clearance is required. Job Duties: Experience with Help Desk Ticket System administration, management, and reporting Ensure network connectivity throughout LAN/WAN and telecommunication infrastructure Experience with configuring and troubleshooting SPKI cards Experience in administering, maintaining, supporting Type-1 crypto equipment preferred Experience authoring system documentation including SOPs, knowledgebase articles, as-built guides Experience using ServiceNow for managing service requests IT Help Desk and System Admin support expertise (Tier 1/2, client side and Infrastructure administration and maintenance) Required Qualifications : Top Secret Clearance 10 years experience supporting an IT environment (eg, Tier I Help Desk Support) Bachelors Degree Desired Qualifications: Previous experience with Network Management System software configuration and reporting Demonstrated expertise in providing System Admin functions including basic Active Directory, user account management, Citrix/VMware troubleshooting, device configuration (VoIP phones, printer, switch, router, VTC, TACLANE) Strong communication skills About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
