This includes: * A "hire for life" culture that recognizes people as our most important strength * Management and operational training and development at all levels * Valuing the customer as our reason for existence and placing a high emphasis on quality, construction knowledge, and customer service Our newly established Nashville, TN office, has an immediate opening for a Sales Account Executive position * The Sales Account Executive typically works as part of a team within the branch location and is primarily responsible for understanding and identifying opportunities in the market, local networking and relationship building with targeted potential customers, involvement in trade organizations, conducting needs assessments, assisting in estimating, creating and presenting proposals, closing on business with new or existing customers and maintaining long term client relationships. Ideal candidates will work equally well independently or as part of a group, have a track record of success in developing business to business relationships and generating opportunities to win commercial construction contracts. In addition, they will have a good knowledge of the commercial construction industry and the local market. Must be well organized and detail oriented, and the ability to negotiate opportunities with Stakeholders and General Contractors.
