We're looking to add a highly motivated Sales Executive to our growing team. The right candidate will play a key role in driving our continued growth. The sales executive role includes generating leads, demonstrating the Ostendio MyVCM platform and qualifying and closing new sales. You must be a strategic thinker who can articulate Ostendio's value proposition and drive the sale of our platform to CISOs at enterprise customers. Ostendio is experiencing significant growth - this is an exciting time to join our fast-paced, success-focused team!Core Responsibilities:Drive sales bookings through the successful positioning and sale of Ostendio MyVCM on an annual subscription basisAttain quarterly results for sales bookings, revenue Build and maintain a strong pipeline by qualifying leads including incoming leads from marketing and the tele-sales outreach teamLearn new and emerging technologies and remain current with information security news, techniques, competition and trendsLeverage exceptional communications skills to lead business and technical presentations, demonstrations and conversations with C-level audiences Effectively manage multiple opportunities in a methodical and disciplined mannerProvide weekly reporting of sales performance and pipelineResearch and position Ostendio solutions versus competitorsProvide input into overall company strategy and product roadmapWork closely with Marketing to design and implement promotions, campaigns Who We're Looking For: Minimum of 5+ years sales experience in technology sales and information securityHighly motivated and adept at exceeding sales bookings targets versus plan Proven ability to generate pipelines and close businessStrong at selling value with proven experience in selling complex solutions and large deals to senior executivesExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with partners, executives, and customers on a daily basisAbility to develop strong relationships by following appropriate sales methodology and using a hands-on, customer-centric approachStartup and/or rapid growth company experience helpfulDetail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skillsUnderstanding of cloud computing, and/or cybersecurity/risk compliance Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceBenefits:Base Salary plus no cap on commission 401(k) PlanCommuter BenefitsStock optionsPPO health and dental plan15 paid vacation days10 statutory Holidays2 days paid time off for public service (eg volunteering for a local non-profit)Casual AttireTeam lunch provided every Friday (when in office)Modern luxury office with access to rooftop break space with breathtaking views of DC, steps from Rosslyn Metro StationAt this time, Ostendio will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
