Each solution is customized to our customer's unique specification and environment for optimal benefit, matching industry-leading technology with a sound deployment and execution strategy.We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Inside Sales Account Executive with excellent communication and presentation skills to join our team in its Frederick, MD office. This position will partner with marketing and sales and drive lead generation, appointment setting, lead qualification and sales support to the Sales team.This position requires heavy outbound phone calling, qualification, consultative selling skills, follow-up and tight collaboration with the management team to generate new clients and maintain the existing customer base.Typical work hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. All candidates must pass a comprehensive criminal background check, as well as drug screening/testing.Required Duties and Responsibilities:Prospecting via telephone and in-person visits to Maryland and Virginia public sectorMeet or exceed monthly sales objectivesSolution sellingProvide customers with the highest standard of customer serviceEssential Skills and Qualifications:Experience selling IT solutions including hardware, software and servicesMinimum of 2 years professional experience requiredBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferredDynamic and highly motivatedThe ability to seek, establish, and maintain client relationshipsCompany DescriptionDALY has been a trusted IT service provider to government and education customers for over 34 years.
