Job Description Cognosante is looking for a motivated, hands-on Reports Coordinator with strong analytic and interpersonal skills who is up for the challenge of joining a high-performing team. As a Reports Coordinator, you will be responsible for enhancing data-driven decision-making capabilities by facilitating business intelligence processes, leading the maintenance of business intelligence applications. Key Responsibilities: Execute the Business Intelligence Cycle to support key business projects Implement business reporting strategies that are aligned with business strategy Assist in the development of the strategic business intelligence application roadmap to support the strategic direction Gather business requirements and help prioritize requirements for new data to be instrumented Provide support, education, and training to effectively leverage business intelligence technology Utilize a variety of reporting tools Collect and combine data from multiple sources Identify relationships within data sets that can produce meaningful differentiation among competitors Create interpretable visualizations, disseminate analysis to key stakeholders Communicate findings to team, leadership, and customers to ensure models are well understood and incorporated into business processes Compile key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of business intelligence processes Required Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant professional experience in reporting, business intelligence, analytics or Data Science Strategic thinking and mental flexibility to be able to understand the details of the problem and the big picture/business solution Ability to cultivate business relationships with strong communication and presentation skills Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives Superior organizational skills and accuracy Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple duties simultaneously Candidates that do not meet the required qualifications will not be considered. Preferred Qualifications: Data visualization platform certification (Tableau, Power BI) Experience with data mining, machine learning, and statistical modeling
