Job DescriptionOur business is growing rapidly and we need to hire at least 3 full time employees immediately to work in our small local office in Spotsy (near Rt 1 and Massaponax Church Rd) for Medicare sales.You do not need to be licensed currently, but you must get a license before you are allowed to sell. You must also be able to pass a criminal background check via Virginia State Police (no felonies in last 10 years) to include fingerprints. Any financially related misdemeanors will also not be considered. We will train the right person.Base salary is $31,200 per year. After the initial training period, which is approximately 3 months, we then include commissions, and bonuses the average 1st year agent will make about 55k. After your 13th month of employment, you will then receive a scheduled raise and should make about 75k per year as well as receive a monthly stipend for health insurance. Life, Dental, Vision and Hearing insurance are available immediately.It's a great career opportunity with many options and you get to help people and they love you when help them.There is no cold calling but there is definitely some selling involved. Qualified appointments are pre-set on your calendar, and it's your job to call and educate them with solutions that are available within the Medicare system.You will need to be a multi-tasker and exceptionally good with a computer as we have very modern prospect sales systems. It's very common to have several websites and applications open at any given moment. You have to toggle between each frequently and quickly as you are talking to both a prospect and support staff there is a lot going on a one time.We do have several precautions in place to protect against the spread of COVID.
