Inside Sales Representative
Job DescriptionThe overall goal of inside sales is to amazingly service customers by providing pricing, availability, and product knowledge on inbound requests. This role will handle house accounts, support account managers, and potentially manage their own accounts for growth. The right candidate can grow into an account manager position!Responsibilities:Be part of a team that is responsible for servicing house accounts. Servicing includes providing excellent customer service, timely quotes and information as needed to customersSupport account managers to quote as necessary (accounts managers will initially remain responsible for the more challenging quotes)Respond to quote requests within 30 minutes or less when emailed or immediately when phoned-inIncorporate all activity (quotes, sales, contact, etc.) into CRM system Qualifications:Great attitude and personable with an ability to build a rapport with all types of peopleStrong desire to learnExcellent written and oral communication skillsWell organized and hard workingTeam-oriented personality, reliability, and accountabilityTechnological proficiency, especially with Microsoft Windows based productsPrior customer service experience a plusCompany DescriptionG.E.
