Our job is to bridge the gap in revenue that the client experiences every month with their customer base. Someone in this position would be held accountable for opening several accounts a day and communicating new marketing collateral to their leads based on queries. The customer queries are what sets us up on how to approach the sale. The information is vital to creating a great service package based on the wants and needs of the customer. The first portion of our day is to teach, train, and share any further promotions or deals on behalf of the client. In this time, we usually polish up our knowledge of the products and services we offer to build the right relationship with the right customer. The second portion of our day is consumed by creating the accounts, communicating with management on territory capabilities, and troubleshooting customer service issues. In this role, we would not want someone to get too comfortable making a sales career. This position is designed to advance from the entry-level to management within 12 months or less. Although consistency is essential for someone in the Sales Representative role, we are looking for someone more interested in leading and developing others.
