The site acquisition project manager should have experience managing entitlement services on full "turn-key" development projects in a team environment in the telecom market segment. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with Dewberry's telecom market segment teams on our projects, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities
The site acquisition project manager is responsible for managing and performing site acquisition services for new site builds, site modifications, distributed antenna systems, small cell systems and other entitlement services associated with wireless and wireline projects. Manages site acquisition personnel to accomplish market objectives through managing a team of site acquisition specialists, self-performing site acquisition functions and managing subcontractors who have been engaged to complete the work. Identifies in conjunction with the market and the client the need, feasibility, time frame and scope of work for acquisition of telecommunications facilities. Establishes project priorities and goals for project performance including budget and schedule limitations and oversees projections for and timely achievement of milestone complete dates for project(s) in the quantity and at the rate required by the client contract.
With support from the enterprise, the successful candidate will be responsible for successful execution of our site acquisition services, client satisfaction, project delivery, technical quality, and coordinating site acquisition services within an established network of offices. The candidate will have access to corporate technical expertise and resources in addition to the demonstrated subject matter experts within the Telecommunications Team.
Required Skills & Required Experience
BS degree preferred and 5-10 years of site acquisition experience overall, on wireless and wireline projects. Previous experience working for wireless and wireline clients delivering integrated services required. Candidates with a strong understanding and experience working in a collaborative manner as part of a design-build Team for telecom projects is desired.
- Recognized technical expertise in and deep knowledge of wireless telecommunication market and infrastructure - entitlement services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client retention and relationship management skills.
- Experience successfully delivering results to a local, regional and national client base
Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.
