The Risk Manager works with "General Supervision". Responsibilities include but are not limited to implementation, coordination, and effectuation of the Risk Management program. This role will also promote loss control programs to reduce financial loss to the organization and manage claims to affect the best outcome(s).

Essential Job Duties:
- Coordinates Risk Management activities, serving as a resource person/liaison with key stakeholders.
- Assists in Quality Improvement activities as they relate to the Risk Management function.
- Assists with educational programs for key stakeholders for recognition/prevention of malpractice, general liability, and safety issues.
- Coordinates Patient Safety activities such as performing investigative and proactive statistical analyses to prevent/reduce risk occurrences and assist in the creation, implementation and evaluation of action plans.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Bachelors degree required
• RN preferred
• Must have experience in the field of Risk Management

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday: Day Shift 40 hours per week
