Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Developer, Senior Analyst ( robotic process automation (RPA) Lead Developer) process automation experience to support a federal client in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Responsibilities
  • Primary Developer responsible for the analysis, design, development and implementation of automation solutions utilizing RPA and artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
  • Analyze client financial and business processes for automation feasibility.
  • Develop recommendations for automation to enhance the efficiency or effectiveness of business and financial processes.
  • Support development, testing and hypercare/maintenance of RPA/AI solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience performing system analysis and/or solution development.
  • Experience with the automation of financial, accounting, procurement or other business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with the client and team members to successfully deliver automations of value.
  • Must have the ability to communicate technical as well as non-technical information clearly, both orally and in writing.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with designing and delivering both attended and unattended automations.
  • Direct experience as an RPA developer using RPA software such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Kofax, etc.
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as those provided by Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and others.
  • Understanding of enterprise frameworks and best practices for development.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and other programming languages such as C#, Visual Basic, Python, Javascript, or Java.
  • Understanding of the .NET Framework and REST APIs.

Education

BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field.
