Adventist HealthCare (AHC) seeks to hire an experienced Reimbursement Supervisor who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

The Reimbursement Supervisor will provide on-site management for assigned Reimbursement Specialist staff and supervise all areas of the Business office (billing, collections, cash posting, adjustments, end of month close, and accounts payable processes) for AHH.

As a Reimbursement Supervisor, you will:
• Maintain and qualify patients' demographics and clinical information interfacing between the agency branches, hospitals, departments and referral sources that may impact billing, accounts receivable, revenue, cash flow, payroll, accounts payable and computer systems.
• Validate and Qualify patient demographic, insurance, visit authorization, service agreements and payment data in the appropriate systems.
• Monitor revenue cycle processes and work in conjunction with the Revenue Cycle Manager, individual directors of Rev Cycle related functions, and IT to implement their recommendations for improvements.
• Assist in achieving and departmental cash, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and bad debt goals for AHA reinvestment.
• Oversee AHC's collection practice by ensuring proper transmission of collection files to the collection agency
Qualifications include:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• A.A. or B.S in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred
• 5 years' experience in a healthcare business office

Work Schedule:
