Adventist HealthCare Home Care Services seeks to hire Director, Business Process. The Director performs project work aimed at improving operation systems/functions within the business. Project work may include technical analysis or may require facilitation of a multi-disciplinary group of administrators and/or medical personnel.

As a Director of Business Process you will :

• Supports Executive Leadership for Strategic Planning in assigned areas.
• Provides Financial Leadership in assigned areas.
• Ensures high level of patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction and physician
satisfaction through deliverables
• Interacts with the executive team to facilitate integration of programs and
• Ensures the presence of appropriate resources to facilitate excellent patient
• Ensures smooth integration between ancillary services and other clinical areas.
• Exemplifies the faith-based philosophy of Adventist HealthCare in
organizational interactions.
• Shares executive team responsibilities with other Executive Leadership
members (AOC rotation, etc.)

Requirements :

• Masters Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or
closely related field from an accredited college or university.
• Must have five-seven years of supervisory/management experience an at
administrative or middle management level.
• Must have ability to communicate and motivate people.
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP preferred
