AHC seeks to hire an experienced Facilities Project Manager who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. The Facilities Project Manager manages key facilities and development projects. Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversees assigned aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarize progress of projects. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of projects.

As a Facilities Project Manager, you will:

•Act as a Liaison between project teams and team leaders through the
planning, coordinating and executing of a multi-department transition by the
•Develop the transition team structure and manage consultants related to the
project and transition.
•Develop tools and templates to support the facility transition efforts of
leadership and transition teams, ensuring internal team communication.
•Apply standardized mechanisms to track and communicate transition
progress. Ensure transition issues are resolved in a timely manner.
•Create presentations as needed for executive, clinical, operations, facilities
and construction leadership and project teams to facilitate the transition
•Assist in creating, reviewing and maintaining project documentation for all
facility transition team projects.


•Associate or Bachelor of Science. Clinical degree preferred.
•2-5 years' experience in healthcare. Clinical background preferred.
•Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability
to plan for, organize, and direct large scale groups.
•Ability to effectively utilize technology, including basic troubleshooting.
•Skilled use of the Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel, Word, and Power
•Ability to establish and maintain effective work relations.
•Ability to work with little or no supervision.
