White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Lead CT Tech for our Imaging Department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

The Lead CT Technologist is responsible for the daily operation of the CT departments. These duties include scanning of patients, staffing, and stocking supplies. Serves as liaison between the radiologists, Department Manager, Director and staff. Responsible for establishing procedures and protocols, ensures regulatory compliance. Independently performs CT examinations on all patient populations within Adventist Healthcare system including the administration of oral and IV contrast materials when appropriate. Works collaboratively with other members of the care team to expedite patient's examinations while maintaining excellent patient relations and demonstrating our RISES values.

•Strong customer service & critical thinking skills
•Effective verbal and written skills
•Actions and attitudes support Adventist Healthcare's mission and RISES values
•Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
•Basic PC skills including RIS/PACS experience
•Image reformatting experience preferred
•Venous access competency preferred
•Ability to modify care according to the patient's age and physical ability.

Qualifications include:
•High school or GED
•Graduate of an AMA/JRCERT Accredited school of Radiography
•3 years' CT experience preferred
•1 year of supervisor experience preferred
•State of Maryland Radiation Technologist license, ARRT (CT), CPR
