Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to support a Federal Government client. The candidate will validate the functionality and operation of Momentum Financials based systems, with a primary focus on the cloud environment, as well as related applications and their interfaces. The ideal candidate also has experience with JIRA management tools and IEEE testing standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Test Plans to address testing of components, configurations, workflows, reports, transactions, interfaces, and Application Programming Interfaces (API)s.
  • Develop, review, and update program test plans, test specifications, test procedures and test schedule documentation.
  • Manage the testing activities by preparing and reviewing procedures and reports, and overseeing staff progress.
  • Lead validation of the availability and functionality of the Momentum components and related financial applications.
  • Test availability and configuration of the front-end user interfaces.
  • Assist program stakeholders with analyzing test results to determine if the system has met the requirements and all features are working as intended.
  • Review and update Requirements Traceability Matrix documents.
  • Provide recommendations on improving functionality and mission usage of applications, databases, and environments.
  • Test ongoing maintenance releases databases to include patching, backup and recovery, new release rollouts, and upgrades.
  • Verify database changes and change management required for front-end applications.

Required Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience with CGI Momentum in large, complex federal implementation.
  • Experience in leading functional and technical testing of CGI Momentum and similar applications.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Expertise with federal Government accounting and financial management policies, practices, operation, and procedures.
  • Strong communications skills, including leading discussions with clients and stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile and IEEE-compliant development methodologies.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
