Process Manager

Join the Enterprise Products + Platforms (EP2) Technology organization as part of the Chief of Staff team. It's an exciting time to be in Technology as we transform the way we do business and deliver effortless digital experiences to our customers.

The Chief of Staff team drives horizontal key initiatives that support ~1170 associates across multiple geographies and multiple business domains. This Process Manager position will focus on supporting our Labor Strategy workstream.

We are seeking dedicated, organized process professionals who excel in a team environment. This person will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to collaborate across teams as well as be able to adapt quickly to change.

Responsibilities:
  • Primarily to support the Labor Strategy Champion and provide lift on data management and key reporting routines
  • Manage data quality, updating our system(s) of record on regular cadences, use our reporting to identify data issues and make the connections for correction
  • Support our OneTech Recruiting efforts with candidate, skill set and data updates
  • Support our workstream for Non-Associate Labor
  • Run Data queries and reporting support for Interviewing workstream
  • Support ad-hoc processes for furloughs, R&E Tax Credits, leadership reporting
  • Partner with our DA for reporting needs and accuracy in our reporting suite

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management or Program Management

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Process Management, Project Management, or Program Management
