Litigation Manager

Kiernan Trebach LLP, a Civil Litigation Defense Firm  with offices along the East Coast  is seeking a Litigation Manager for our firm.  Our Litigation Manager will be responsible for administrative and quality oversight of the Firm’s claims/litigation operations with a focus on ensuring compliance with insurance carrier/client guidelines and related requirements. 

Required: a JD or MBA

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Prior experience: 

       a) 4 to 8 years experience as a Litigation Manager for a law firm or corporation; 

       b) Superior communication and presentation skills;

       c) Proven ability to organize, monitor, and obtain compliance with diverse client litigation deadlines, 

           guidelines and other requirements;

       d) Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, NetDocs, virtual platforms (Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc.) and       various legal project  management software essential for this position.
