Boeing Intelligence & Analytics is seeking a Principal System Engineer As a Principal System Engineer, you will: Lead and coordinate system design, development, testing, integration and maintainence activities. Work with customer and end users to define, record and evaluate needs. Translate customer/user needs into system, performance, and security requirements. Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies based on customer needs. Lead integration/implementation of approved technologies. Work with customer to define processes and create workflows. Lead and mentor system engineering team. Required Education and Experience: BS degree in a technical field and 15 + years of system engineering experience. Strong customer facing experience with a history of customer and end user partnership. System engineering experience that includes design, development, production, integration, testing and maintained. Windows and Linux O/S experience Experience working in an Agile environment.
