This position interacts with Senior Management and our external auditors on a regular basis and is a driver in guiding and developing the staff to provide the most effective and efficient audit services to the Corporation.As the IT Audit Manager, you will have direct responsibility for key audit deliverables, manage the IT auditing staff in conducting audits and SOX/MAR testing, investigations and approved auditing/investigative techniques, support management team, will be current and informed on business initiatives and IT technology, will coach and develop staff to become effective auditors and investigators, will assist in development of IAD's business plan, annual audit plans, enterprise and IT risk assessments and internal audit's policies and procedures.Ready to make an impact If so, do you meet these qualificationsCandidate Qualification:CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) requiredCPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) preferredBachelor's degree required; accounting, information systems or computer science preferred6-8 years of relevant IT audit experience including managing and leading audits through all phases of an auditProven knowledge and ability to manage the execution of SOX compliance testing. Facilitate discussions with external auditorFamiliarity with IIA standardsExcellent oral and written communication skillsBroad technical and information security backgroundDesire to make process improvementsAbility to manage and prioritize competing urgenciesBe an effective leader, motivator and mentor to the staff*Must be willing and able to commute or relocate.
