**This position can be performed currently from a remote location in the U.S., but will require presence in a Freddie Mac office in the future.***

Our Impact:
The infrastructure tools department is responsible for administering and managing a portfolio of Information Technology tools used by the enterprise.

Your Impact:
Your work enables business users and involves the following tasks:
  • Understanding the Process - Configure tools and services to support and enhance business needs
  • Understanding the People - Partner with our business users to capture and understand their experience, challenges, and needs as well as identify opportunities to enhance their user experience
  • Understanding the Technology - Identify and understand interactions with technology
  • Understanding the Data - Realize what information is required and when, whether that information is shared between systems, people, or a combination of the two

  • 4+ years of working in a Windows/Linux environment
  • Some exposure and experience with scheduling tools such as Autosys
  • Experience testing applications to verify and validate accurate configurations
  • Experience with enterprise tools
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
