Their environmental practice spans civil and criminal law, environmental insurance, toxic tort suits, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, brownfields transactions and financing, sustainability, defense of occupational exposure claims and administrative proceedings. Requirements They are seeking an associate with 2- 4 years' experience in regulation, compliance and enforcement at a strong environmental practice. Need to have hands on experience with the CAA, CWA, CERCLA, RCRA, FIFRA, TSCA, and EPCA. Previous experience at EPA of DOJ would be welcome. Must have outstanding academics.
