Aledade is actively recruiting for a Vice President of Clinical Performance. This senior leader will define the vision for and lead the execution of driving clinical performance strategy and success across Aledade s provider network.Today, Aledade manages $12 billion in healthcare spending, partnering with 550+ practices across 30+ states and caring for over 1.2 million patients. The Clinical Performance Team is charged with advancing high-level, ambitious organizational objectives around revenue, quality and health equity by providing direct patient and payer-facing clinical services for partner practices. Reporting directly to the Chief Performance Officer, the Vice President of Clinical Performance will establish priorities and strategies for these clinical programs, quality measures, and other patient-centered value programs adhering to industry standards, benchmarks (eg HEDIS, Stars, etc.), and contract requirements to drive success across Aledade s portfolio of contract types and populations (Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial).The Vice President of Clinical Performance will lead specialized teams (pharmacists, clinical quality specialists, clinical innovation specialists) to strengthen the capacity and performance of Aledade s field teams. This autonomous and outcome-oriented role requires demonstrated excellence in creating buy-in with internal and external stakeholders to promote and affect change in the way healthcare is delivered. In addition, Vice President at Aledade will be an integral part of the Strategy and Priority Leadership Team tasked with informing the company s overall strategic direction.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee clinical strategies and operations for continuous improvement on key clinical, quality, and pharmacy measures.Inform the development of provider and practice facing education and materials.Develop and leverage a strong understanding of the health plans contracts path to achieving quality and other value-based care requirements. Ensure that clinical teams are appropriately resourced, aligned and deployed for performance goals, followed by continuous improvement activities. Inform the development of key performance indicators and evaluations criteria for key programs.Work closely with the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Product, Training, and New Ventures teams to design, develop, and rollout, scalable products, including but not limited to, pharmacy, clinical quality, care gap management, in-home patient, and care management with an eye towards continuous quality improvement.Work closely with the Health Equity team to develop, implement, and evaluate outcomes from clinical innovation activities such as increased control of hypertension and reduction of BP control disparities. Provide leadership, mentorship, and clarity to a growing team of quality, pharmacy, clinical innovation, and other clinical and operational leaders and specialists.Work closely with the Vice President of Clinical Engagement on strategy and best practices to engage our physicians partners in quality improvement activities.Qualification Requirements:MD/DOMBA a plus; Medical Director experience a plus; experience managing teams and coaching for performance required5+ years of experience providing patient care in private practice, community health center, or other outpatient clinic5+ years of experience in population health managementKey Characteristics of the Successful CandidateStrong foundation in value-based care principles and proven leadership Ability to span from high level strategy to tactical work required to deliver resultsStrong vision and belief in tech-enablement of the company s products to enable consistent results at scale and reduced operating costsData sophistication - the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to inform action plan and strategyAbility to create plans, socialize them and work with stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for implementation of new and existing products and initiativesLead teams to resultsIf you are passionate about transforming the healthcare system into one that best serves the needs of patients, doctors, and society, we d love for you to join us!Who We Are:Aledade is a leader in population health that is using innovative, value based solutions to transform the way physicians interact with their patients.
