Requirements: The requirements for this position are as follows:Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in education or related field; or an unrelated bachelor's degree coupled with the MSDE 90hr preschool certification. Applicants should have at least 2 years' experience in a school setting. Proficient technological skills to utilize various productivity tools (ie Outlook email, Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, internet use, timekeeping systems, Kid Reports, ProCare Engage)Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and teaching methodsPossess strong knowledge of MSDE/NAEYC regulationsPossess a personal demeanor that is warm, friendly, and cool-temperedExtremely reliable in attendance and punctualityMust be highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-taskMust be team-oriented and willing to work with othersPossess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and reading skills
