Do you want to be an influencer in healthcare?A' Apply for our Behavioral Health Sales Representative role today!Job Summary and QualificationsThe role of the Behavioral Health Sales Director, Physician and Provider Relations is responsible for developing and retaining customer relationships to drive business growth for key hospital behavioral health service lines.What you will do in this role:You will evaluate, analyze, and interpret market utilization data for market facilities' BHS service line, ensuring that BHS outreach priorities are identified in support of the vision and strategic goalsYou will evaluate, analyze, and interpret market demographics, including population, age, gender, race, and projected trends for both psychiatrists and patient populations for the assigned facilities, markets and or stateYou will conduct crucial conversation of BHS attributes, processes, and outcomes to consumers, physicians, and market facilities' groups/individualsYou will develop growth and retention strategies for target markets and facility psychiatric medical staffYou will develop goals and timelines for closing new or enhanced key provider and physician service opportunitiesYou will present and gain support and commitment from market(s) leaders, facility leaders, related medical staff leadership, and outpatient service leaders for the BHS market vision and growth plansYou will perform other duties as assignedWhat qualifications you will need:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required3+ years of behavioral health, facility sales/outreach, or related experience requiredBehavioral health specific experience or education preferredHCA Healthcare (Corporate), based in Nashville, Tennessee, supports a variety of corporate roles from business operations to administrative positions.
