RESPONSIBILITIES: - As the SETA Group Lead, provide programmatic and technical support to customer senior leaders and manage the 9-person SETA support staff - Translate user needs into detailed system needs and technical requirements - Identify and articulate new R&D programs that achieve customer's strategy and mission needs - Draft acquisition documents (eg, requests for proposal, statements of work, specifications, contract data requirement lists, cost. estimates) and support source selection activities - Review, analyze, and assess contractor artifacts and provide the IC customer with sound programmatic and technical advice and recommendations - Perform cost/benefit trades at the architecture, system concept, payload and spacecraft busA' levels *Qualifications* - Active TS/SCI with Poly - Bachelor degree in STEM or related discipline and 15 years related experience - 5 years of R&D project management experience - Experience with Government and IC acquisition, budget and contracting processes - Technical familiarity of SIGINT architecture, systems, and technologies employed.A' A' Familiarity of relevant systems spanning conception, acquisition initiation, development, deployment, and operations - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and energetic environment - Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications - Effective interpersonal skills and strong briefing and writing skills - Ability to express detailed technical capabilities into high level (Senior Staff Level) briefing language - Aptitude for on-site Systems Engineering and Technical Advisor (SETA) work A' *DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* - Advanced degree in STEM or related discipline and 15 years related experience - 10 years of experience with Government and IC acquisition, budget or contracting process Experience and ability to coordinate within and across DoD or IC R&D organizations - End-to end technical knowledge of SIGINT architecture, systems, and technologies employed.A' A' End-to-end knowledge of relevant systems spanning conception, acquisition initiation, development, deployment and operations SAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's modernization and readiness challenges.
