Job Summary/Company:

Our partner, a prominent D.C. educational institution, is searching for an eager Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its team. This person will support basic recruiting and HR functions across campus. If you are interested in working in a friendly, laidback environment, please apply!

This position will be primarily remote however, this person will be expected to work onsite at least one day per week. COVID precautions are in place.

Responsibilities:
  • Screening resumes and performing phone screens with candidates
  • Administering appropriate organizational assessments
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Managing the background check email domain and facilitating background check processing requests
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

Qualifications/Background profile:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting or HR experience
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
