The Program Manager shall provide life-cycle acquisition management support to multiple projects in support of the CABS PMO.

  • Organize, coordinate, and control all contractor activities to ensure compliance with contract performance, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Monitor the progress of all work performed and all costs incurred under the contract.
  • Prepare the Company's Progress, Status, and Management Reports in accordance with the Contract Data Requirements List.
  • Delegate team lead and supervisory authority to workforce members to manage the work and internal QA responsibilities.
  • Select, supervise, and exercise control and direction over any subcontractors under assigned projects.
  • Provide support for budgeting, addressing project and program level planning, populating, and updating and revising program specific information in the business enterprise resource tools.
  • Provide administration planning, record keeping, data entry, communications, inventory control, and program administration related to day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
  • Review work to ensure technical accuracy and to ensure it satisfies customer needs and complies with overall estimating standards.
  • Provide timesheet training to new employees.
  • Perform annual employee evaluations and provide proper documentation to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and approve timesheets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in company meetings, briefs, and audits as required.
  • Maintain Quality Management efforts for the program in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Associate degree in Arts or Science is required
  • 2+ years of management experience implementing policy, coordinating complex procedures, or developing project budgets is required
  • 2+ years of work experience in a National Security Agency or Department of Defense is required
  • Top secret clearance is required and must have the ability to obtain SCI within the first year of employment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • A Business, Economics, or Management background is preferred.
  • Must have the ability to attend all customer in-person meetings and conferences as requested.
  • Knowledge of and experience with government contract and procurement procedures, including new contract actions, contract modifications, and product procurement to ensure all life-cycle support requirements are satisfied.
  • Possess the ability to coordinate and integrate the work activities of several different projects at any one time.
  • Possess the ability to communicate with others effectively both orally and in writing for working out solutions to problems or questions related to the acquisition program.
  • Advanced working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with time related constraints in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and accountability.
  • Possess strong problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
