Recruiting CoordinatorUS-MD-BROOKLANDVILLE | US-PA-BRYN MARW | US-NJ-PHILLIPSBURGRequisition ID: 2021-192541OverviewCampus Services Group is actively seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in your area!The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment support for Campus Services Group locations. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Recruiting Coordinator will receive directional support from corporate recruiting relative to the recruiting process to achieve talent acquisition through the use of company-approved recruiting and selection strategies for sourcing that address the current and future workforce needs at the facility and regional levels. ResponsibilitiesThis position will:Consistently provide daily support and directions to our Account Managers, who are and will continue to be our primary recruiters at the facility-level. Assist with job postings, candidate screening and first round interviews, interview set up and onboarding coordination for locations with severe staffing needs and during start-ups on an as needed basis.Continue to monitor job postings for best practices to ensure adequate candidate flow and spend management. Provide company-approved flyers and "on the ground" recruiting materials. Regularly reviews severe staffing situations to create a sufficient candidate flow.The Recruiting Coordinator will also:Provide recruiting reports as requested by Division and/or Corporate Office.Lead monthly virtual or in person recruiting training for all new Account Managers Attend monthly virtual meetings with corporate recruiting teamEnsure adherence to HCSG program standards and policies by reporting pertinent information to Corporate Human Resources and/or Training for educational needs.Attend annual in-person meetings with corporate recruiting team to discuss best practices and share ideas.Attend monthly virtual or in person district, regional, and divisional meetings as necessary.Manage the recruiting spend for area of responsibility (quantify spends and results, monitor, provide backup)Work closely with marketing and recruiting departments to establish and maintain branding that can be used appropriately on social media. Provide support for online presence on Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.Maintain State Workforce databases (post jobs routing to iCIMS, search candidates, etc)Utilize Monster and show managers how to search for potential candidates.In an effort to generate candidates at all levels and align company initiatives, the position establishes career pages and relationships with non-profits such as GoodWill, community centers, and/or Colleges and/or Universities and pursue ongoing networking opportunities in the hospitality industryAttend virtual or in person career fairs as neededAssist with initial review of temporary agency needs and distributes contracts to the appropriate party in corporate. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.Previous experience in Education and/or Healthcare setting preferred.Excellent written and verbal skills.Experience in navigating applicant tracking systems or recruiting and reporting.Willing to travel as needed for job fairs and to recruit on-site in severe staffing situationsKnowledge of general principles of recruiting.Knowledge of staffing systems and tools.Understanding of relevant employment law and legislations.Campus Services Group, part of Healthcare Services Group, Inc. continually seeks out motivated and professional leaders to join our team!
