The position is responsible for "hands on" HR functioning including, but not limited to:Focused, professional recruitment efforts that will attract the right people for the right jobs.Consistent, positive retention efforts that will create a team of employees who reflect CommuniCares core values and know they are respected members of the CommuniCare family.Ensuring regulatory legal compliance for all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they apply to all employees.The position of HR Manager is a full time, salaried position, flexible hours, with salary based on experience. We also offer 401(k) with employer match and Flexible Spending Accounts.QUALIFICATIONS:A degree in Human Resources ManagementCertification as SPHR/SHRM preferred2+ years experience in Human Resources managing personnelMinimum 2 years experience RecruitingPrior experience in Healthcare required; Long Term Care experience preferred.Prior experience in Customer Service desirable.Prior experience with ATS systems required.Strong public speaking and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of federal and state employment regulationsDetail oriented, excellent writing, grammar and communication skills*Must have or be willing to receive the COVID vaccine.* Due to the vulnerability of the patients we care for and the fact that most cases of COVID-19 are brought into the facility from unvaccinated staff, it is important for our staff to be willing to obtain the COVID vaccine.BenefitsAs a CommuniCare employee you will enjoy competitive wages and PTO plans.
