Services include: payment and escrow processing, cash and treasury management, asset management and surveillance - loan covenants, borrower consent requests, and investor reporting and collateral administration.The FHA Construction Analyst is responsible for servicing FHA Construction Multifamily and Healthcare facilities. Provide direct customer service and acts as primary servicing contact for the loan. Functions include: reviewing moderately complex loan servicing documentation language; booking and funding new loans, including reviewing of input; construction monitoring and disbursements; customer research and billing; obtain insurance information and monitor ongoing coverage; ensuring all procedures are in compliance with government regulations and Bank policies. May provide training and guidance to less experienced construction loan analysts. May perform quality assurance and approve the work of other team members. Coordinates and reconciles all loan advances and payments with HUD area offices and customers, books letters of credit.
