Responsibilities: Manages day-to-day accounting operations Manages month end and year end close out process Oversees year end audit process and serves as point of contact for auditors Selects, develops and manages Accounting personnel Maintains Generally Accepted Accounting Principles to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations Identifies and evaluates opportunities to streamline processes while ensuring accuracy and timeliness Acts as liaison between Accounting and internal/external clients Requirements: Highly proficient in Excel Ability to efficiently and effectively review accounting reports and perform financial analysis Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Supervisory experience in A/R (A/P and P/R is also accepted) Minimum of 2 years of experience in CostPoint Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Excellent oral and written communications skills.
