The Warehouse Technician / Clerk's primary duty is managing, operating, and maintaining the warehouse, including raw parts and the stock of finished goods. This includes everything from loading and unloading trucks to assisting with configuring finished products for shipping to boxing and shipping finished goods to customers. Basic technical knowledge of mobile devices. Shift is Monday - Friday; 8am - 4:30pm. PLEASE NOTE: experience / education requirements were modified 5/10/21. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Load and unload inventory Process returns Package and ship new orders Create FedEx mailing labels Update ServiceNow tickets every other day until resolved Assist with special projects as requested Receive and account for materials arriving for production Enter receipt of materials arriving for production into accounting system and perform other accounting functions Pick parts and materials for production run Maintain a clean, neat, and organized warehouse Perform quarterly audit checks and cycle counts of inventory Assemble iPads with cases and SIM cards Ability to reset mobile devices (ex. iPads) returned from users to factory defaults Prepare and box finished goods, demonstration units, and other equipment Keep procedures, work instructions, and configuration sheets and instructions up to date Other tasks as assigned by manager or, using his or her good judgment, need to be done for others QUALIFICATIONS ( DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE): 2-3 years' warehouse experience. Will accept Bachelor's or Associate's degree in liue of experience. Good inter-personal communications skills with good writing skills Basic computer skills a must Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with direction while taking the initiative to do routine tasks without direction Good physical condition, able to lift heavy boxes without assistance not exceeding 50 lbs. Experience with computers and Apple products a plus Regular and reliable onsite attendance is required Must be US Citizen and able to obtain / maintain Public Trust Clearance EDUCATION: High school diploma TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Partial or all day local excursions only PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Physical demands vary depending on daily activities but generally will require the individual to: Lift 50 lbs. boxes without assistance Move large pallets and equipment with mechanical and other assistance Climb ladders Load and unload inventory General cleaning duties, eg, sweep warehouse, clean equipment, etc. On some days, physical demands will be much more limited, ie, writing, entering data, etc. Reliable and regular attendance is required WORK ENVIRONMENT Casual warehouse/factory floor environment (dress should be appropriate for warehouse activities that can be dirty and dusty and be flexible enough for full body movement) with occasional more formal events Iron Bow Technologies is a leading IT solution provider dedicated to successfully transforming technology investments into business capabilities for government, commercial and healthcare clients.
