Note: This role is a* Permanent *work from home/ remote/ virtual work at home role. *Job Duties:* * Serve as ARNG's representative for the Joint Qualification Requirements (JQR) Training Platform solution via the Holistic Online Cyber Work Role Training System (HOCWRTS) * Implement practical guidance from Army National Guard- Information Warfare (ARNG-IW) branch chief and program managers * Manage and maintain all ARNG accounts for HOCWRTS * Assist ARNG cyber forces with transitioning from Work Role training to Joint Qualification Requirements (JQR), developing processes to plan and track JQR. * Work closely with USCYBERCOM, ARCYBER, ARNG-IW and USAR POCs to ensure JQR via HOCWRTS remains valid and in compliance with USCYBERCOM standards and protocols * Serve as POC for identification, creation and maintaining of all user/admin/leader HOCWRTS accounts * Track, analyze, and produce briefings and papers on cyber training progress and unit readiness for ARNG-IW and the 91st Cyber Brigade * Analyze trends related to cyber Soldier training and unit readiness, providing recommendations to ARNG-IWA * Represent ARNG equities for HOCWRTS at senior leader engagements, meetings between ARNG-IW and adjacent units * Subject matter expert for requests for information related to JQR and HOCWRTSA' * Travel will be limited but could be up to 10% of the time *Qualifications* Required Education and Experience: * *Bachelors and six (6) years of experience; OR masters and four (4) years of experience * * *Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance * * *Experience with either the Army National Guard; US Cyber Command; and/or Army Cyber Command forces and missions* * *Experience with enterprise account management/SANS Vouchers* * Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data * Expertise with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Office * Team-oriented individual with very strong oral and written communication skills * Familiarity with Army training management concepts and systems Target salary range: $105,001 - $115,000.
