Responsibilities

As a Program Analyst (Supervision Support) with emphasis in Systems, you will:
  • Provide functional expertise in support of emerging supervision technology, design, development and maintenance of systems and data solutions related to the OCC's bank supervision functions and activities.
  • Utilize program management activities including agile and/or waterfall ceremonies in support of planning, integration and implementation of supervision systems requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on supervision systems, participate in system audits and technology reviews, conduct reviews on existing and draft policies for systems impacts.
  • Support the business relationship management function for supervision systems, data, and reporting, to ensure consistent and clear communication and strategy while meeting the needs of stakeholder requirements and timelines.
  • Conduct operational systems administration activities, access and provisioning in support of systems users across the entire suite of new and existing supervision systems, such as (Examiner Views and National Credit Tool).
  • Present and lead collaborative and effective systems discussions with stakeholders and advising management and project leads on project status, risks and mitigation.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:

You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-IV band level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:
  • Experience utilizing various supervision systems, such as (Examiner View, National Credit Tool, or Agency Data Collection Initiative tool (ADCI)); in support of supervision activities; OR
  • Experience with supporting the development, implementation and/or administration of information systems to meet stakeholder systems requirements and timelines; OR
  • Experience assisting with program management activities and/or strategies to support an organization's mission.

The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
